What is Acro?

Acrobatics is a fantastic mixture of gymnastics and dance. We work on tricks such as backbends, bridges, headstands, handstands, hand walks, chest balance, forearm balances, round offs, aerials, back tucks and more!We focus on the dance elements alongside the tricks and balances!

Partner work and team tricks include pyramids, throws and more!

Learn routines to Greatest Showman, Jai Ho, Puppets and more!

Instructions

Students should go straight for lunch and come to the main hall when finished. Please bring a leotard/leggings/shorts

Long hair must be tied up and earrings taped.
